Eric's apartment is in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric is a very welcoming and very friendly host. Wij highly recommend his apartment that wij place in the top 3 of the Parisian apartments wij have stayed in.

Sara kan zijn a great host, very kind and responsive. The apartment is very well located, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Walking distance to many eetgelegenheden and supermarkets. We’ll definitely stay here again in a next visit to Paris.

It is a very convenient location; the metro and RER stations are a five - ten minute walk; a small supermarket is twenty metres down the street, loads of cafes and restaurants. Also it felt like a proper Parisian expereince staying in a Haussmann building. Overall excellent expereince.
